Product Overview

Phrozen 3D Printer Bed Adhesive is a 120 ml spray that improves first-layer adhesion and reduces warping on heated beds for FDM printing (recommended for heated beds at 60°C or above). It works especially well with  PP and other shrinkage-prone engineering filaments, and is compatible with PP, PLA, TPU, PETG, ABS, PC, ASA, and more.

Ideal for large prints, overnight jobs, warp-prone materials like PP, ABS, PC, and ASA, and workshops that need consistent first-layer adhesion across different filaments.

Stop Fighting Warping. Lock Your First LayerDown.

Phrozen 3D Printer Bed Adhesive strengthens first-layer adhesion on FDM heated beds, so large prints and high-shrinkage engineering filaments stay put from first layer to last. A practical pairing for PP, ABS, PC, and ASA.

  • Keep the First Layer Down From Start to Finish

The spray strengthens the bond between your model and the heated bed, lowering warping, corner lift, and mid-print detachment. The payoff is biggest on large footprints and tall, long-duration prints.

    • Improves first-layer adhesion for a higher success rate.
    • Reduces edge-lifting on large or complex geometries.
    • Helps long, overnight prints stay anchored to the bed.
  • Stronger Grip for Warp-Prone Materials

Engineering filaments like PP, ABS, PC, and ASA shrink more as they cool, which makes them lift and detach. This adhesive gives them a stronger first-layer grip on a heated bed (≥ 60°C).

    • Works from everyday PLA through engineering PP, ABS, PC, and ASA.
    • Recommended with a heated bed at ≥ 60°C.
  • Spray It On, Wipe It Off

Shake, spray 2–3 light coats from about 20 cm, and print. Cleanup is just water or a paper towel — no harsh solvents and no sticky residue build-up.

    • Even spray for consistent, controllable coverage.
    • Water-washable cleanup with water or a paper towel.
    • No specialty tools or solvents needed.

When You Need Bed Adhesive Most

  • Big Footprints and Long Jobs Where Warping Coststhe Most

Large baseplates, tall models, and overnight jobs carry the highest warping and detachment risk — and lose the most when a print fails hours in. A few light coats keep the first layer anchored through the whole job.

  • Functional Parts in PP and Other Engineering Materials

Printing functional parts in PP, ABS, PC, or ASA? These materials are exactly where bed adhesion matters most. Use the spray to hold the first layer while you dial in functional prototypes, fixtures, and engineering parts.

  • Consistent First-Layer Adhesion Across Many Jobs

Switching filaments often or running several machines? You need first-layer adhesion you can rely on job after job. The spray gives quick, even coverage between prints, and wipes off with water when you reset the bed.

Compatible Materials PP, PLA, TPU, PETG, ABS, PC, ASA, and more
Recommended Bed Temperature ≥ 60°C
Application Distance About 20 cm above the heated bed
Coats 2–3 thin, even coats
Cleaning Method Water-washable; clean with water or a paper towel
Compatible Printers FDM 3D printers with a heated bed
How to Use
  1. Shake well before each use. Shake the bottle to mix the contents evenly.
  2. Spray from about 20 cm away. Hold the bottle about 20 cm above a clean, dry heated bed and spray evenly.
  3. Apply 2–3 thin, even coats. Use sweeping motions and avoid over-spraying one spot.
  4. Let the surface dry before printing. Wait a few seconds for the adhesive to settle and dry.
  5. Clean with water or a paper towel. The formula is water-washable; simply wipe the bed after printing.
Notes
  • Especially helpful for warp-prone engineering materials.
  • For best results, use with a heated bed at ≥ 60°C and apply to a clean, dry bed.
  • Clean the bed periodically with water to avoid residue build-up.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Phrozen Bed Adhesive do?

It improves first-layer adhesion and reduces warping on FDM heated beds, lowering the chance of corner lift and mid-print detachment — especially on large prints and high-shrinkage filaments.

Which filaments is it compatible with?

PP, PLA, TPU, PETG, ABS, PC, ASA, and more. It works best with a heated bed at 60°C or above and is a practical choice for warp-prone engineering materials.

How do I apply it?

Shake well, hold the bottle ~20 cm above a clean, dry heated bed, and spray 2–3 thin, even coats. Let it dry for a few seconds before printing.

How do I clean it off?

The formula is water-washable. After printing, wipe the bed with water or a paper towel. Clean the bed periodically to avoid residue build-up.

What printers and bed temperature does it need?

It works with FDM printers that have a heated bed. For the best adhesion, set the bed to 60°C or above.

How much should I spray? Can I use too much?

2–3 thin, even coats are enough. Spraying too heavily in one spot can pool and reduce evenness — use sweeping motions for consistent coverage.
