- According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the option to request a refund within a period of 13 days. Phrozen offers a one-year warranty for all our products except consumables and components; this includes the LCD screen and the FEP film. Five high-concentration colorants designed for UV resin. Create jewel-like translucent colors with clear resin, or mix custom shades with white resin that you won’t find off the shelf.
Custom Translucent Colors with Clear Resin
From gems and crystals to dice and special-effect parts, mix the colorant with clear resin to fine-tune both color and transparency for your own custom look.
Higher Concentration, More Precise Control
The high-concentration formula builds color with less colorant, while each drop is about 30% smaller for easier fine-tuning and more precise color adjustment.
Exposure note
Suitable starting base for transparent effects; the tested mix required more exposure.
Warm white base for skin and earth tones; little exposure change in the test.
Opaque base; the tested mix needed roughly twice the original exposure. Confirm with a small test.
Grey base for muted or special-effect shades; little exposure change in the test.
In the tested setup, bottom exposure of at least 120 s prevented detachment seen below 100 s. Recalibrate for your printer and part size.

Phrozen colorant is formulated for UV resin printing. Other dyes may affect curing or stain the release film. For predictable results, use a compatible UV resin colorant and test a small batch first.
How much colorant should I add?

Start with one drop at a time and keep the total colorant within the recommended 0.3% of the resin by weight. Stir and check the shade before adding more. Too much colorant can interfere with curing.

Possibly. The base resin, color, amount of colorant, printer, and part size all affect the result. Use the exposure table as a starting point and run a small test before printing a full batch.

Start with Aqua Clear or Clear Plus for transparent effects, and a compatible white resin for opaque shades. Test curing and exposure whenever you change the base resin or color.
