The Phrozen Build Plate is the official replacement build plate for the Sonic Mighty Revo 16K MAX. The all-metal, screw-free exterior can go directly into the Phrozen Wash Mega S, and the angled drain design works with the printer’s built-in hanger so excess resin can drain back into the vat. What Is a 3D Printer Build Plate?

A build plate is the key part of an MSLA resin 3D printer that holds the printed model. As printing begins, each layer cures and attaches to the build plate surface. The build plate then moves upward along the Z-axis layer by layer as the model takes shape.  A stable, flat build plate helps models adhere firmly and reduces the risk of detachment or deformation during printing.  The official Phrozen build plate is made from high-strength metal for a rigid, durable structure that maintains stable printing performance over long-term use. Phrozen build plates are made in different versions for different printer models. This version is made for the Sonic Mighty Revo 16K MAX and uses an all-metal design that can be placed directly into the Phrozen Wash Mega S for faster cleaning. Together with the printer’s built-in hanger and the build plate’s angled drain structure, the plate can be hung upside down above the resin vat after printing, letting excess resin flow back into the vat for easier cleanup.
